Important notice:

• Our studios are open for professional artists
  
• The applications are examined by the Entrance committee (approximately 10% of the applications are accepted)
  
• Occupancy must be less than 3 months or no more than 1 year.
  
• The average of the monthly fee for occupancy is 400 euros (according the surface)
  
• There is a handling change of 30 euros (please enclose a cheque in your mail)
