|The reception desk of the Cité internationale des arts is located in the Marais area , 18 rue de l’Hôtel de Ville in the 4th district of Paris (75004). The main entrance is located in front of the subway station Pont Marie (line 7). Reception staff is present 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. As from 10pm, the main gate is closed. To enter, you must call for a night-watchman. On Saturdays and Sundays, night-watchman may do night patrol. Please be patient.
Please don’t hesitate to contact the reception staff for any information and need: report an incident in your studio, find the nearest doctor or shops, to discover the district and its cultural activities, etc.
In the Marais , each studio has a landline phone only for internal communications. From one studio, dialing 9, resident can directly call the telephone switchboard. Studios numbers operate similarly. The switchboard operator transmits external calls and, in case of your absence, may take urgent messages. From midnight to 7am, the operator makes night patrol. Please inform your foreign callers.
